Change my username.

Currently there is no option to change your username in Kosu. If you feel there is a good reason to have your username changed please email us at support@ningensoft.com

Change or reset your password.

To change or reset your password click on the Forgot Password link located on the login screen. You will receive an email with instructions on reseting your password.

How do I delete my account?”

At this time in order to delete your account please submit a support ticket to support@ningensoft.com. An in app delete account feature will be coming in a future build. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can’t sign in to your Kosu account.

If you can’t sign in to your Kosu Account. Try using the Forgot Password link located on the login screen. If that still does not work please email us at support@ningensoft.com

The app crashes as soon as I try to open it.

We have been receiving feedback regarding crashes on Android OS. If you are using an older version of Android for example: Jellybean or KitKat. You may be experiencing more crashes. We are working on making those versions more stable. Please keep in mind older phones will also operate slower. If you have further questions or concerns please email us at support@ningensoft.com

A user is harassing me or has explicit content on his/her profile.

We currently do not have a “Report User” feature. But you can report a user by using the feedback form in the left side menu by clicking “Feedback”. You can also email us at support@ningensoft.com

How do I block a user.

You can block a user by going to the conversation messages view and clicking on the options/settings (Gear Icon) in the upper right. You will have the option to “Block this user”. This will block all messages coming from the specific user. To unblock a user you can go to the “Settings” option in the left side menu.
